Once there you can create a personal profile that you can log into and view class schedules, or register for classes. (once registered for a class you will receive an email reminder the day before to make sure we always see you in class!)

Functional Movement Flow

Functional Movement Flow will challenge postural control, pelvic & core stability, neuromuscular control, balance and flexibility, bilateral mobility & stability of hips and ankles and more….this class will teach you to move and stretch properly with your core engaged to always protect your spine and help relieve tight muscles and stiffness everywhere. FMF will keep you moving at your optimum while reducing inflammation and pain and build the strength you will need to rely on as you age.

The picture we have of normal aging is as a time of gradual loss of function. While aging is inevitable, loss of function isn’t. By introducing a simple, joint mobility routine into your daily ritual FMF will have the remarkable impact on your ability to move and on your overall well-being!

Holy Fire Reiki energy is used during all guided meditation classes. Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
The displacement of weight from the hand requires that the stabilizing muscles engage more with each movement and therefore require more muscles to fire at once. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training.

Some of the Benefits
*Increases musculoskeletal health by reducing neck, shoulder and low back pain, and increases trunk extensor strength.
*Enhances stimulation of nervous system *Sensible ballistic loading reduces the odds of arthritis.
*Strengthens the gluteal muscles. (Individuals with low back dysfunction often exhibit “gluteal amnesia” and if not corrected with proper recruitment pattern practice, it is likely to lead to more back problems.)
*Beneficial for the tendons and ligaments, resulting in stronger joints that may be less susceptible to injury.

This 60 minute class will provide you with some vital restoration tools to address pain and areas of restriction, impacting your performance and decreasing your risk of injury. These exercises will help you maintain a solid core and transfer energy from the TRUNK of the body out to the limbs with a blend of Yoga, Pilates and Bodyweight training.
This class will teach you aware of your breath and how to use breath to improve your strength in movement. It will also help with the alignment of the spine, and improve mobility and stability of ankles, hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and thoracic spine (upper back).

We use 3”-10” inflatable balls to strengthen, tone and realign the body. The basic principle of Body Rolling is creating space. In general, wherever there is pain, contraction, tightness, inflammation or nerve pain, there is lack of space. Participants can use Body Rolling as a self-therapy to free up physical restrictions, prevent and heal injuries and experience a new level of ease and well-being in their body and their mind. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Wear close fitting clothing.
