For a description of our classes or to contact a specific instructor, please look through the information on this page. To visit our class calendar or to register for a class please click on our PATIENT PORTAL link. Once there you can create a personal profile that you can log into and view class schedules, or register for classes. (once registered for a class you will receive an email reminder the day before to make sure we always see you in class!)

Functional Movement Flow

Moving the way your body was built to move is the path to freedom, strength and longevity.

Functional Movement Flow will challenge postural control, pelvic & core stability, neuromuscular control, balance and flexibility, bilateral mobility & stability of hips and ankles and more….this class will teach you to move and stretch properly with your core engaged to always protect your spine and help relieve tight muscles and stiffness everywhere. FMF will keep you moving at your optimum while reducing inflammation and pain and build the strength you will need to rely on as you age.

The picture we have of normal aging is as a time of gradual loss of function. While aging is inevitable, loss of function isn’t. By introducing a simple, joint mobility routine into your daily ritual FMF will have the remarkable impact on your ability to move and on your overall well-being!

Relax and Restorative Yoga

Relax and restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and restful practice that relieves stress, tension, and anxiety. Using a variety of props we put the body into nurturing postures that will help to heal chronic stress and leave you feeling rested and restored.

$120 plus GST for 8 weeks or $20 drop-in

Women’s Yoga

This yoga is a deeper but more gentle practice that teaches women how to listen to their bodies while moving through a yoga sequence. Teaching you how to align your practice with the cycle of your body, of nature and of the moon resulting in your receiving the most benefit from each session.

Yin Yoga

In a typical Yin Yoga class, we begin by sitting in meditation focusing on mindful breathing & move through 8-10 yoga poses that are held for 2-5 minutes each. Yin Yoga works the deeper “Yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even our bones leaving you relaxed and de-stressed.

Guided Holy Fire Reiki Meditation Class

Holy Fire Reiki energy is used during all guided meditation classes. Those open to accepting the healing energy during these experiences will assist in removing negative energies from the physical body, aura, and chakras. Each meditation will focus on either receiving loving energy or letting go of a specific blockage or your choosing. During each class, I will work on each person individually while in their meditative state and offer at least one of the following: Reiki, Chakra balancing with crystals or IET empowerment

Bring a yoga mat if you would like, bolsters, blankets, meditation cushions and chairs are provided.
