Direct Billing: We are happy to direct bill your PRIMARY insurance for you and we bill for most companies, but there are restrictions in insurance plans and each plan is different. We encourage people to get to know their plan details to help alleviate any surprises such as doctor’s notes requirements or deductibles. Should your primary plan not cover the full amount, or we have an issue with billing we will ask you to pay in full for your appointment and work with your insurer reimbursement. We apologize but cancellations to same day appointments due to insurance issues will result in a cancellation fee.
